Our 60-minute Personal Training sessions are perfect for you if:

  • You are new to exercise, or it’s been a while
  • You have a health concern or injury to address

We will work closely with you to understand your needs and create a bespoke training programme that will see you smashing your goals!

All new Personal Training clients have a free 45-minute consultation before they start in order for us to truly understand your needs. What do you want out of your fitness training? Why are your goals important to you? How committed are you?

We like to take time to define your goals, take goal-appropriate assessments, design and implement your programme, and regularly reassess your progress. Together we build a tailor-made, complete programme for you, including the 5 components that are key to your success: Nutrition, Resistance Training, Cardiovascular Exercise, Flexibility & Coaching. With our knowledge, support and accountability, we will ensure you are as successful as possible whilst training with us.

We encourage all of our clients to train outdoors, for the additional benefits to mind and body.

Personal Training in Hammersmith Offers a Great Atmosphere and Great Results!

We offer Personal Training in 3/6/12 month packages. Because we know variety is key to progress, you can mix-and-match your PT sessions with our Small Group PT and Circuits programmes, to create the right exercise mix for you.

Our trainers are experienced and knowledgeable in their field, and will take your fitness goals to the next level. Each session is designed to train you functionally, to ensure your body moves as it is designed to. We use a combination of bodyweight and free weights to improve your cardiovascular health, while also gaining strength and stamina. In other words, to keep you fit, strong and full of energy to tackle everyday challenges and more!
