*New Year, New Ways to Train!*


Happy New Year!

I hope you've had a fun and restful festive time, and you are now ready to Kickstart your January!
 


We're definitely primed and ready to support you in your goals with our tried & tested "HEALTH TRIAD": training, accountability, and nutrition. And we've made some exciting improvements for the New Year too! 

1- TRAINING: MORE SMALL GROUP PT SESSIONS
We're thrilled to be expanding our popular Small Group Training programme, with the launch of more sessions on TUESDAYS & FRIDAYS @ FURNIVAL GARDENS, our lovely satellite training site by the river.


The new sessions are:
Tues & Fri: 8.20-8.55am HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) 
Tues: 9.15-10.15am KiCKBOX 
Just sign up in the usual way online using your Small Group membership.

2- ACCOUNTABILITY: NEW HEALTH TRACKER
We're really excited to be launching a great new improvement to our service for 2018.  Namely our new Health Tracker. For clients training 2 + times a week with us, we'll be monitoring your waist measurement & body composition every two months. Why? Because they are two key indicators of good health. Have a look at our info leaflet below.  



So forget weight, BMI and other measures - these are the metrics that you need to know and that we're going to keep track of for you.

As your body fat decreases, you'll become healthier, reduce the risk of disease AND you'll be feeling and looking more toned. What's not to love!

3- NUTRITION: FRESH & HEALTHY RECIPE INSPO
January is a good time to take a fresh look at the food we're eating. We've accumulated a tonne of delicious and healthy recipes over time, and they're all on our Facebook page for you to use. We've put them all in one place so they're easy for you to find: 'Nutrition Tips' album in the Photos file. Click below for fresh food inspo!  



Finally, we've got some lovely new NECK-WARMERS to see you through the next few weeks - ask your trainer for one at your next session!
