 Meet the latest BSPT Squad Star...



Sarah has been training with us since winning our raffle prize at the St Peter's School Fair in December. Right from the start Sarah dived in with 3 x Small Group PT sessions per week. She quietly gets on with her sessions with steely determination, and is clearly dedicated to her training, always working hard and without a fuss! 


Sarah says:
"I love the convenience, the outdoors and the small group of BSPT. Each class feels individual and personal with ever-changing routines. I personally love the skipping and boxing the best, but pretty much all of it is doable when the sun's shining and the birds are singing!

This is the first time I've ever managed regular exercise and have definitely increased my stamina in the last 3 months, which was one of my goals."

Small 'SHOUT OUT' to other clients taking on CHALLENGES this month:
- Tom for conquering the Henley Tough Mudder
- Summer Body Challengers Kelly, Julia & Sophie who've taken the plunge to get in shape over the next 3 months. (It's not too late to enrol for this!)
- Katy, Amy & Cathy facing their first ever Triathlon on the 21st May at Dorney Lake...


Here we are going for our first Open Water swim of the season. Little did we know that water temperature of 11 degrees makes for proper brain freeze!

DOING IT FOR CHARITY
Why not join Isobel in her challenge for fave local cause, West London Action for Children, celebrating its centenary this year!

For the past 100 years, WLAC have been supporting local low-income families in need through therapy and counselling. Demand for their services has never been greater. 


You can help by supporting Isobel's WLAC 100 Challenge. We need as many of you as possible to walk, scoot, run or cycle the beautiful riverside loop from Hammersmith to Barnes bridge and back (approx 4 miles)...and make a donation. Their target is to clock up 100 laps and raise £1000! So far they have 10 laps and raised £150.

Join us for our weekly JOG - every Wednesday leaving Detour at 12.15pm. Back, stretched, and ready to crush Weds afternoon by 12.45!

We thought it was about time for another get-together with you fabulous people that make up our lively and lovely training community. So please join us on the evening of 8th June for some drinks, food & plenty of chat. Location tbc, and we promise no talk of politics...
